The Makita drill features a 6.5 Amp motor for heavy-duty continuous work. Variable speed trigger enables the user to control the operating speed from 0 to 550 RPM to suit a wide variety of applications. Metal gear housing endures tough jobsite conditions. Side handle can be connected to either side of the tool for better operating control. The 1/2 Inch drill chuck encourages positive bit retention. Compact and lightweight design makes it easy to carry and operate. Reversing switch and the lock-on button prevents sudden initiation. Pistol grip design on the handle minimizes fatigue and ensures user comfort. Double insulated design offers good user safety. Belt clip facilitates easy storage of the tool when not in use.
